As ICDL (International Certification for Digital Literacy), Asia’s Test Centre and Local Consultant in Bhutan, BMCI advocates, creates awareness and provides international certification to validate computer skills of individuals in Bhutan.

BMCI organizes an annual digital challenge among students in Bhutan as a part of a regional competition organized by ICDL Asia. The selected students represent Bhutan in the regional competition.
